Welcome to The Perfect Mix Mobile Bartending Services. By booking our services, visiting our website, or engaging with our business, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

The Perfect Mix provides mobile bartending and beverage service for private and public events. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Alcohol is supplied by the client.

• We do not sell or distribute alcohol.

• We provide bartenders, bar equipment, mixers, ice, cups, and service tools based on your selected package.

2. Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

• Remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the event.

• Prices are based on guest count, event duration, and service level.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 10 days of the event require full payment.

• Cancellations earlier than 90 days will only forfeit the retainer.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions, illegal activity, or failure to comply with these terms.

4. Alcohol Responsibility

By booking our services, the client agrees:

• All guests who consume alcohol must be 21+ with valid ID.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or without valid identification.

• The client assumes all responsibility for alcohol consumption at their event.

• The Perfect Mix and its staff are not responsible for guest behavior, injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from alcohol consumption.

The client agrees to provide:

• Adequate lighting

If conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, we may stop service without refund.

6. Guest Count Changes

Final guest count must be submitted no later than 10 days before the event. Pricing will adjust if guest count increases. If guest count decreases there will be no adjustment of price.
