We serve San Diego County and select surrounding areas. Travel arrangements and additional mileage fees may apply depending on your event location. Share your venue address when requesting a quote so we can provide accurate pricing.
Do you have insurance?
We maintain appropriate business insurance for our services that include general and liquor liability and can discuss documentation requirements with your venue. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance or specific coverage limits, please let us know during the booking process.
What type of events do you service?
The Perfect Mix provides professional mobile bartending services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, holiday celebrations, nonprofit events, and special occasions throughout San Diego County and surrounding areas. Whether you're hosting an intimate backyard gathering or a large corporate celebration, we'll help create a bar experience your guests will remember.
Do you provide alcohol?
We operate on a dry-hire basis, meaning the client purchases and provides all alcoholic beverages. We provide the professional bartenders and the bar experience. Depending on your selected package, we can also provide mixers, ice, garnishes, bar equipment, and a custom mobile bar.

How much are your services?
Our pricing depends on your guest count, event duration, staffing requirements, and selected services. We offer different package options to accommodate a variety of celebrations, with minimum investments based on the service selected.

Do you use tip jars?
We offer both tip-jar-free service and the option to have a discreet tip jar at the bar, depending on your preference. Our pricing reflects the professional staffing, preparation, and service required to create a seamless event experience. If you prefer a traditional bartending setup with a tip jar, simply let us know when booking. Gratuities are always voluntary, and our team is committed to providing exceptional service either way.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday parties, and peak event dates. Availability depends on your event date, staffing requirements, and selected services. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
Do you provide nonalcoholic beverages or mocktails?
Yes! We can incorporate handcrafted mocktails into select packages or discuss a dedicated nonalcoholic bar experience for your event. Mocktails are a great option for wellness events, daytime celebrations, corporate gatherings, and guests who prefer alcohol-free beverages.
